We work hard to keep our customers happy, but it’s not always easy to measure how satisfied they actually are. Is no feedback good feedback?
So we have come to a profound conclusion: The best way to find out whether your customers are satisfied is…. to ask them!
There is a school of thought that you only need to ask a single question in a customer satisfaction survey - "Will you buy from us again?" Keeping the customer satisfaction survey as short as possible is important, but will that single question really give us enough information to improve our service, or make changes to improve the customer experience?
