COVID-19 / Coronavirus Countermeasures at Sarsen Technology

Dear Customer,

Given the ongoing situation and the unprecedented guidelines being put in place by the U.K. Government to help contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), we'd like to reassure you that Sarsen Technology will continue to offer full support for your existing and potential projects, and that we are committed to helping to keep the world moving in this period of uncertainty.

Following health authorities’ recommendations, we are taking precautionary measures by suspending all non-essential employee travel. In addition, we are adopting a digital first strategy and will be moving the majority of our meetings and customer interactions online; via phone or using a wide range of conferencing facilities as required.

The office is currently being manned by our Managing Director, Nigel Norman, and Angela Boyce will continue to manage our shipments and general office administration during this time. Rest assured that business will continue to move forward as usual and you will not see a decrease in service or support.

The whole team is making a superb effort to ensure that an excellent level of communication is maintained between ourselves, the manufacturers we represent, and our customers during this period of uncertainty. Please do not hesitate to get in touch if we can support your projects in any way.
